Getting started is easy!

Just follow our simple three-step process:

  1. Create an account in our Mindbody system
  2. Sign the liability waiver and give us the 411 on your fitness history and expectations
  3. Purchase your 21 Day Jump Start & book your first group training session
PLEASE NOTE:
  • Training sessions MUST be booked at least 30 minutes prior to start time
  • Training sessions MUST be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to start time
