You don't have to be an athlete or in shape to train at ASF. We do ask that you give 100% of what you have each day you train with us, that you respect your fellow members and that you take our advice. Yes! Our training sessions are intense, but allows you to work at your own pace. We recommend you ease into training and start by attending no more than 3 sessions per week.
We totally understand the desire to see the results of your hard work in the gym in your appearance. At ASF, we don't focus on weight or appearance based goals. We encourage our members to focus on building a healthy lifestyle first. There is no way for our Coaches or any coach to tell you how long it will take for you to see size or weight loss results. Focus on the process.

We only offer our 21 Day Jump Start Program. With our program being structured, progressive and personalized it is best experienced over the course of a few weeks so you can truly feel & see the difference. We aren't your cookie-cutter fitness class and want to provide you with more than a snapshot of a one time "class".
We offer a 21 Day Jump Start Program for $89. After your trial we offer 3 month memberships based on the number of training sessions you want per month (8, 12 or 16). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss pricing.
Your body, a great attitude and water (maybe a towel too). Please bring in clean training shoes to wear. We suggest training barefoot, in socks, or in flat soled training shoes. We don't recommend running shoes or sneakers.
You must be 18 years old or older to participate in our group training.
You will start by warming up (don't worry we will teach you our monthly warm-up) and then the coach will review the workout for the day, answer questions, etc. You will work through a structure full body strength workout at your own pace. All members get a training log to track their progress. Every workout ends with a 8-10 minute conditioning ("cardio") finisher.
We utilize a variety of equipment in our workouts including kettlebells, bodyweight, battling ropes, TRX, and more.
In order to give our members more flexibility and autonomy we structure our training time in blocks. Our daily workouts take about 45 minutes and you can come in and start at any of the designated times on the schedule (you just need to finish by the end of the training block time). When you come in you can start right away or wait for others coming in at the same time if you want to train with buddies. You get the benefits of training independently by working at your own pace while also enjoying the camaraderie of a supportive team. Our training block format also allows our coaches to give each member more individualized coaching.
We structure our weekly routine as follows: Monday/Tuesday - same workout, Wednesday/Thursday - same workout, Friday/Saturday - same workout. We recommend members train 3 days per week, every other day. If you have to train back to back days we will provide a supplemental workout for you.
Yes. You must pre-book your training sessions at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time. You also must cancel your training session reservations at least 2 hours prior to start time to avoid forfeiting a session. You can book and cancel via our schedule or the Mindbody Connect App.
