TRAINING

  
   
Our training sessions are 30 to 60 minutes long and include up to 12 participants and one to two coaches. In every session, we will explain what we’re doing, how to do it, and why we’re doing it.

We have have the following training hours:
Early Morning MWF 5:45am & 6:00am
Morning MWF 8:45am & 9:00am
Evening M-TR 5:30pm, 5:45pm, 6:00pm & 6:15pm
Saturdays:  8:30am & 8:45am

To see & feel the best results we HIGHLY recommend our members train with us 2-3 days per week on non-consecutive days.  

Our weekly routine:
Monday/Tuesday:  Workout #1
Wednesday/Thursday:  Workout #2
Friday/Saturday:  Workout #3
Saturday: Optional Conditioning Workout #4

ADAMAS SMALL GROUP TRAINING

In a small group environment we will coach you through a full-body functional training session that incorporates a variety of equipment including kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight and more. Our training sessions are designed to help you build strength and get fit without having to spend hours in the gym.  We program our training in 4 week blocks, giving you the opportunity to train effectively & safely in order to see progress each week.  Stop worrying about what to do when you go to the gym, let us take care of that.  You just show up, work hard and see results.  Enjoy the benefits of personal training with the camaraderie of a team atmosphere. 


RESERVATION POLICIES

  1. You MUST pre-book all training sessions at least 30 minutes prior to start time
  2. You MUST cancel training sessions at least 2 hours prior to session start time to avoid losing a session credit
