TEAM TRAINING SCHEDULE

  
   

Our team training sessions are 45 minutes and include up to 14 participants.  We take the time to explain every workout, demonstrate key exercises and ensure every member feels comfortable and capable.

We serve up a new training program every four weeks. Each month's program offers 3 strength & conditioning workouts per week so you can train effectively every other day.

RESERVATION POLICIES

  1. You MUST pre-book all training sessions at least 30 minutes prior to start time
  2. You MUST cancel training sessions at least 2 hours prior to session start time to avoid losing a session credit 
  3. Please DO NOT train on consecutive days with the same workout (i.e M/T, W/TR, F/S)
