Healthy Through the Holidays 6 Week Challenge

KTC17080476Staying healthy through the holidays can be daunting! So we created our Healthy Through the Holidays 6 Week Challenge to give you simple strategies and a plan to make this holiday seasons healthy, happy and stress-free! This challenge is open to members and non-members.  

Goals:
  • 2 Strength Workouts per week (at ASF or at home/current gym)
  • Daily 10-Minute Mobility Workout 
  • Daily Nutrition Goal
  • Daily Lifestyle Goal
  • Weekly Monday Motivation Emails with tips

Current ASF Members:  
The cost is just $30! You will get the 10 minute mobility workout, guidebook, tracking scoresheet, weekly Monday motivation emails and an opportunity to win a free month of membership. 

Non-Members:

Option #1:  Use our Intro Strength Program at home or in your current gym

The challenge cost is just $30!  You will use our FREE Intro Strength Program you received when you joined our Downers Grove Area FREE Fitness Community to do your 2 strength workouts per week at home or in your current gym.  Plus, you will get the 10 minute mobility workout, guidebook, tracking scoresheet, weekly Monday motivation emails and an opportunity to win a free month of membership or a customized strength program to do on your own.

Option #2:  Join Adamas

The cost is $179!  You will get our 2 session per week membership for 6 weeks, plus the 10 minute mobility workout, guidebook, tracking scoresheet, weekly Monday motivation emails and an opportunity to win a free month of membership.

The challenge begins Monday November 20th and ends Sunday December 31st.  

How it works:
  1. Contact Coach Jess to enroll
  2. She will send you a link to register & pay
  3. You will receive your Guidebook with all the details, links to the mobility workout and printable tracking scoresheet on Friday 11/17
  4. Read your weekly Monday Motivation email to kick off each week
  5. Do your strength workout 2 times per week with us if your an ASF member or on your own
  6. Do your 10 minute daily mobility workout 
  7. Complete your daily nutrition goal (you give you a choice of 2 goals)
  8. Complete your daily lifestyle goal (you will have a choice of 4 goals)
  9. Post your workouts of FB or IG using hashtag #adamasstrength and #healthythroughtheholidays
  10. Connect with fellow challengers in our Downers Grove Area FREE Fitness Community for support & accountability (plus tips and info from Coach Jess)
  11. Track your points on your printable scoresheet
  12. Input your weekly points online every Monday by 12pm

Prizes:
Participant with highest point total will get an option between 2 prizes:
#1:  One Month of an Adamas Membership

OR

#2:  One Month Customized Strength Program (2 day per week strength program with exercise video library, no coaching included)
