Training Schedule Updates

We are consolidating our training hours to create more cohesive training groups.  With slightly fewer start times you will get to train with more of your buddies and experience more energy, support and fun! We want to be sure we maintain our team training environment! So with the current membership numbers/attendance we need to scale it down slightly to create the best experience possible, but as we grow we will add back start times.
 
Training Start times:
  
Early Morning MWF 5:45am and 6:00am
  
Morning MWF 8:45am and 9:00am 

Evening M-TR 5:30pm, 5:45pm, 6:00pm, 6:15pm
 
Saturdays 8:30am and 8:45am 

Please note we understand that those of you training at 6:15pm may occasionally need to start a bit later than that.  As long as you are finished by 7:00pm you can arrive after 6:15pm, with the exception of week one of a new program when we need everyone to be on time.


Effective Saturday November 4th!


We will have our 30 minute conditioning session on Saturdays from 8-8:30am.  Our regular strength training will start at 8:30am and 8:45am.
