Knockout Strength Classes Cancelled Effective 11/1/14 & Schedule Changes

Hi Knockouts!

After months of thought & consideration we have decided to cancel all strength classes effective November 1st, 2014. With the numerous staff changes that have occurred in the past few months along with our desire to get back to basics and focus on boxing, we have decided this change is what is best for the growth of our club and members. We will continue integrating a variety of boxing, strength, and conditioning drills into our Knockout Boxing Workouts, so no worries you will still be building strength & improving your boxing skills!

For those of you committed to strength training and interested in continuing we do have a private lifting program with spots open to a limited number of people. If you are interested in being considered for enrollment in this program contact Coach Jess (note there is different membership price for this program).

Also effective 11/1/14:  
Tuesday & Thursday 6:45-7:30pm Knockout Boxing will now be from 6:30-7:15pm
Friday 9:45-10:15am Knockout Boxing will now be from 9:00-9:45am.
