Because of the personalized attention we give each member, we only accept a limited number of people into our small group training program. It’s important to be as detailed as possible in your application—that way we can both decide if we’ll be a good fit for each other.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Step 1: Complete our online member application.
Step 2: Coach Jess will contact you to discuss your application.
Step 3: If accepted we will get your first group training session scheduled.
At your first group training session you will meet the ASF tribe, Coach Jess will guide you through the warm-up, training for the day and show you how to use your training log.
Our program only works if you’re completely satisfied with the value ASF adds to your life.
If you’re not convinced at the completion of your 30-Day Kick Start that we are the best fit for YOU, walk away with no obligation whatsoever. Seriously, no additional costs or hidden fees. Simply give us 3 days notice prior to the end of your 30-Day Kick Start.
